( Boston Herald ): After filing a civil lawsuit, Indianapolis-based attorney Mark Nicholson recently obtained a six-figure settlement on behalf of his client.

Indianapolis, Indiana – Recently, attorney Mark Nicholson obtained a six-figure settlement in a personal injury lawsuit for his client. In no way is this judgment an anomaly. Over the past two months alone, Nicholson settled cases collectively worth over $200,000.

Despite his continued success, the well-seasoned attorney doesn’t feel that financial compensation can fully restore clients’ lives to normal. In a previous interview, he said, “I fight hard for my clients. However, no amount of money can replace the physical and mental injuries done to my clients.”

Nicholson said, “It brings me satisfaction to stand up to these big multibillion-dollar corporations and the government when they are responsible for harming someone.”

Nicholson single-handedly founded the  Law Office of Mark Nicholson  in 2011. He once said, “I opened my law firm to fight against a travesty of justice, and that’s what I do.”

With help from his legal assistant Alexandria Samons, Nicholson offers various legal services, including battling criminal charges, handling child support disputes, protecting civil rights, and filing personal injury lawsuits. Although he primarily seeks justice for car accident victims, the attorney also files personal injury suits for slip-and-fall incidents and dog bite injuries.
