Allison (Smallville) Mack Sex Cult

Smallville Actress Allison Mack

The sad story of Smallville actress Allison Mack's involvement in alleged “sex cult” NXIVM has appeared to come to an end.

In a New York federal court, Mack pleaded guilty to multiple felony counts, including racketeering and racketeering conspiracy charges.  She told the New York Times last year that a slave-branding ritual was all her idea.

She allegedly recruited and groomed slaves under the guise of building a self-help, female-empowerment organization. Undoubtedly, that interview contributed to her pleading guilty.

If you are accused of being involved in an illegal sex cult or are forced into being in an illegal sex cult, please contact the Law Office of Mark Nicholson.  We have experience working on sex crime cases.

Why is Indiana criminal defense and personal injury attorney Mark Nicholson called the Battery Man? Because his first criminal jury trial was a battery case. The case was called the Big Buford Battery case. They charged his client with throwing a big Buford sandwich at the manager through the drive-thru window. Then, his client went through the drive-thru window and allegedly battered the manager. It was all captured on video.  The verdict: Not Guilty! His first personal injury case was a car accident. He views car accidents as a form of battery. One car hitting (battering) another, although generally unintentional.
