Someone gained access to a nurse's phone and got private, intimate images of her. The person then distributed those images to the client's workplace (a hospital) and family members without consent.

Why It Matters

Sending intimate images to an employer and relatives can threaten a victim's livelihood, relationships, and emotional well-being. The recovery imposed financial accountability for that deliberate invasion of privacy.
